When I had my 20's I ran 42psi cold all around. People told me though that a higher psi wouldn't make too much of a difference and that the brand would instead. They told me that the sidewall strength is a bigger factor in protecting the wheels than a few more psi.

the higher pressure you run, the better chance of harming a tire with a pothole impact and such... now, the same goes for too little air as well, however...
