Will 06 350Z brakes fit 95 SC300??

I was wondering if anyone here knows how i would know if brakes from another car would fit an SC300. Well i have an 06 350Z and it has really big brakes. I was wondering if you guys can tell me when i need to measure or what i need to know if they would fit or not.thanks

Well I dont know if this helps or not. But I tried fitting 350z brembos on my '01 gs and the mounting points are different. So without a bracket, no they wont fit on my car. Not sure if yours is the same. I went ahead with ls400 brakes since they are a direct bolt on.
