Wheel offset and specs for perfect fit???

What I want to have is a 20" wheel that sits almost flush with the body of my car 2gs. I am looking for specs so I can order them for the Spring/Summer. (The car is OEM height) I do not think I can do exactly flush due the the wheel well and some major rubbing if added weight is in the car. Anyone have any idea what they are? Thanks in advance
