Anyone know if our cars can use low disk wheels in the front?

Yes its fine. You can even fit S-low disk

I had a set of fabulous profounds on my car with s-low disk front and rear and it clear the front stock calipers by about 2mm

Newb here. What is high and low disk for the rims?

Disk sizing is referred the distance between the back of the spoke to the point where the wheel makes contact with the rotor. High disk are majority used for clearing 4 piston or larger brakes where the spokes are forced out leaving you with a small lip. Low disks are often used in the rear because most rear brakes tend to be quite small, enabling the spokes to be deeper in the wheels creating a larger lip. But not in all cases. Wheels with lips or usually only found on true 2 or 3 piece wheels, most monoblocks with not have this option.

some people think offsets are the key to the lip on the wheels but not always true, offset is the key to fitment. As you can see from this example below, both wheels are same offset but lip and brake clearance there is a big difference

I'm assuming you're referring to the UCF20 4 piston brakes. you'll need a high disc for those or at least a mid size disk with small spacer

I recently bought work varianza t1s size 18x8+45 offset all around. The seller said they were low disk, will I need a spacer to clear the front brake calipers? This is for a 1999 lexus sc300. If so, recommended size, and brand for spacers? Thank you for your time and knowledge in advance!

Never heard of that line before, I've always referred to offset & back spacing to get the right fitment wheel....
