tire wobble

Just put on my new rims they are d-power rims staggered 5 lug universal and after i mounted them went to drive they were wobbling like crazy what is that from got correct tuner lugs no idea why its shaking like this

are they hubcentric?

did you get hubcentric rings?

were the tires road force balanced?
