what brand of tires for 1995 ES300

What brand of tires do you think would be a good choice for this vehicle? I have read good things about the Kumho Solus KH16 and KR21.

cheap, entry level...

OE was either Michelin or Bridgestone... personally, I'd stay with one of the two for comfort / performance...
