BCP43002

I have a 02 GS430 with the OEM 17in chrome wheels and have a high speed (70MPH+)vibration problem. I believe it is a wheel balance problem. I just had 4 new Pole Position A/S put on and balanced. This is when the vibration started. I played musical chairs with the spare tire and found the one wheel that seems to be giving me the problem. It has 3 one ounce weights on it. On another wheel there is seven 1/4 ounce weights. Is there a range of the number of weights or the weight of the weights that you have to stay within before you have to take the tire off and mount it again?
