will a 5x114.3 7-1/2 40 offset fit a lexus is 250 awd

What diameter wheel will you be running? Judging by the offset and width of the rim, you shouldn't have a problem with the fitment.

18in but the specks say a 5x114 for bolt pattern

5 x 114.3 is the correct bolt pattern. All Lexus share that bolt pattern with the only exception being the LS460, it's bolt pattern is 5 x 120.

I wanted to buy the LS460 OEM wheels when I first saw them. Oh well, I'm happy with my 07' 18" 5-spokes.
