Default L-Tuned wheels (OZ Salina) width

According to their website, these wheels are 18x8f and 18x9.5r with 235/40 and 265/35 tires respectively. Does anyone know that these wheels will fit 245/40 and 275/35 tires? The latter numbers seem to be the "preferred" sizes for the 18s. I just wanted to see if I can put tires this size later on (after the pilots are worn).

Thanks for the help.

Default Should be okay

Neo,

I think you'll be okay - I have 245/45 on my 17"s and the stock size is 235/45. You can probably call the tirerack and they can tell you for sure.

neo,

i think you should check w/steve of carson on the width of the rims... i always thought they are 18x8.5+9.5, if so, 245/275 combo would def fit and looked much much better

I'll double-check the width with Steve. I'll report back in case anyone else is wondering.

Default Website is correct

According to Steve, the specs are:

18"x8, 235/40ZR18 front
18"x9.5, 265/35ZR18 rear
Michelin Pilot Sport Tires
The L-Tuned wheels come mounted and balanced, lugs and metal valves.

With this in mind, it is still safe for the future tires, right?

depends on tyre brand, most 245/40/18 could take 18x8..you can def go 275 on 18x9.5

So would it be weird and/or bad to run 235 and 275? These sizes seem to fit for sure.
