Default TPMS question

I have 20" Wheels on my 06 GS300, and my gauge cluster says Check System. I had it reset before, at the dealership, but it came back on recently. Does each sensor have its own serial number or frequency that needs to be programmed to the car? My &Swiss wheels has the hole for the stem in the middle of the barrel, so they had to use a strap for the sensor. The thing is, the shop who installed my wheels, took the sensors off my stocks, but in the mean time they lost 2 of it!!!! Therefore my front wheels has the same sensors that the car came with, and the rear has 2 new ones. Could this be the verdict? Somebody help!!

Each sensor has a serial number that has to be programmed to the car. So if you have 2 new TPMS sensors you need to get that programmed to your car at the dealership. I hope you have the serial numbers or else you'll have to take off the wheel and get them.
