im searching for new tires right now...and it seems that i cnat find too many of the same kind for the front (225) and the back (255) would it make a big of a difference if i got 245 in stead of 255 it doesnt seem to big of a difference but im not very knowledgeable in the sumbject, thanks in advance

255's are already going to be real small on your car

the problem is the 255/35-18 size, thats what I run on the front, and you typically only find it in the higher performance, better tire brands...

now, if you go 245/40-18, you'll be ok, but narrower...

diameters:
stock (225/55-16): 25.74"
255/35-18: 25.03"
245/40-18: 25.72"
235/40-18: 25.4"
265/35-18: 25.3"
275/35-18: 25.58"
225/40-18: 25.09"

those are the sizes that will work... you want to stay close to stock diameter....
