Default Ls430 Tires?

Can some tell me the best tires for the smoothest ride for LS430. Thanks.

You may wish to share what size wheels you have on your LS.

Also take a look at the Tire Racks comparison and feedback surveys.

Lots of prior threads on this topic as well

Any of the upper end Bridgestone or Michelin tires - time and time again, they always have the smoothest, most comfortable ride...

Bridgestone Turanza Serenity would actually be my choice right this second, though I haven't driven them yet... They are an improved, asymmetrical, version of the Turanza LS series, and everything about them seems better. If they are even a small amount better than the LS's, then they are definitely worth it...

Michelin has some good offerings as well, but the Bridgestone stuff is cheaper...

The Turanza Serenity would be a excellent choice.

Brandon,

After reading the reviews at Tire Rack I was sold on the Turanza LS-V, only to find out they are no longer available. It appears the Serenity is now the nearest equivalent. However, I noticed there are only a couple of reviews (no Lexus owners). I assume this is due to the newness of the tire itself.

My question is: Has Tire Rack conducted any tests on this tire yet? If not, any word on when they might? Any non-published feedback from owners?

I am planning to buy the Goodyear Eagle ResponsEdge (they were runner-up in a side-by-side comparison with the Turanza LS-V's), but if the Serenity's are as good or better than the LS-V's I will buy them instead.

Thanks ~ John

Back to back, I couldn't tell the difference between them... The Serenity is going to the better tire of the two - the asymmetrical tires tend to wear great... From a new tire perspective, back toback, the Serenity is every bit as quiet as the LS-V, and handles just as well, probably better...
