I hydroplaned for the first time today in years. I haven't owned a lowered import for about 6 years now so it was a bit scary to relive that feeling.
LilS: How low are you? I have practically brand new tires all around (less than 1500 miles) and my car felt like it was sliding around today also-- even the back end. I'm a bit lower now with the 20's. It's about 1/2 finger gap all around and I swear I could feel the tires channel away water but get trapped in between the wheelwell and the tire. The water pushed down on the tires and really affected my steering. Or maybe I'm crazy.
