fit 20x10 rear on SC4..
I wanted to purchase these wheels that are 20X10 in the back and 20x8.5.
Offset:ET 25/30, Bolt Pattern:5 x 4.50 or 5 x 114.3. I got all the specs but the guy whos selling them says they wont fit on a 1993 sc4. I just wanted to check here if anybody has ever ran this set up or know how or why this doesnt fit.. Any help would be appreciated

If your definition of "fit" involves fender modifications and possible camber modifications to eliminate rubbing, then you will fit.
Nevertheless, they will make it on the car without a problem. Getting the car truly driveable might take a fender modification or three.
This set-up is damn close to your set-up in terms of offset, albeit with 19" rims...pretty good idea of what has to be done to eliminate rubbing....

The bolt pattern is obviously correct. There are tires out there that will work those wheels and keep you within a tolerable limit of the 25.7" stock tire diameter.

keep in mind tire width effects rubbing a LOT. If you are concerned about rubbing and not terribly concerned about having all-world traction, look for tires on the low side of the widths for a 10" wheel.
As for fender rolling, if you can afford 20s and live in California, you can fork over the $150 to get a reputable shop to use a professional fender rolling device to get the job done.
GL with the wheels. I bet that set-up will look insanely good.
