They will absolutely fit your car, but, +35 offset is not a guarantee that the wheel will allow for larger calipers/rotors...
A +35 offset that is not a high-disc fitment will still rely on the shape of the wheel spoke to curve a bit around the caliper...Tiny

+35 with a 245 tire up front might rub if you really dump the car...should be minimal though...as for the clearance, as Tiny said, the offset does not guarantee high-disc fitment...find out if it's a high-disc setup.
You can also email or call Enkei and tell them what car you have and what brake upgrade you're going to do and see what they have to say about it...
When I got my HRE's, they called the guys at Stillen to get the tech-specs on my brake setup and then compared it to their specs on my front wheel...
