are 2 piece aluminum wheels repairable? I guess there was a reason they were so cheap...The spoke is cracked on both sides and looks like it could be welded but i dont know enough about wheels to know if its possible... If any of you wheel experts could let me know it would be much appreciated. Thanks guys.

that's the biggest advantage about 2 or 3 piece wheels........ if one part break you only have to replace or repair that part. In your case you need to repair or replace the disk but don't need to replace the rim.

One of the rear 18x10 manarays that i got for "such a good deal" was cracked. The freaking disk was cracked along the edge where it connects at the bottom. Do you know where i can get a new disk? I took it to a local machine shop and they think they can weld it but im no wheel expert.

Mike - If the crack's not visible, any good welding shop can weld aluminium to be as strong ( if not stronger ) than the original condition. It might make U feel better about the structural integrity of the wheel if U just get a new center piece - is it riveted or bolted to the rim section? Personally, the custom made spare I have is a blend of a Lexus GS mounting section welded to an Audi rim section & it's been on the car before for a 200 mile trip with no trouble - the wife + curb = BENT 18" WHEEL!!
