VOLK RACING caps

So I just bought caps and now I realize that one of them doesn't have a rubber piece. Went to Homedepot and couldn't find it. Does anyone know where I can get a rubber piece?

I had the same issue...when I went to get my wheels redone...one of the o-rings had ripped. I couldn't find anything at Home Depot/Lowes...but I was able to find a selection of o-rings at Ace Hardware.
