I'm not sure of the factory offset so I wouldn't be able to tell you, but you might want to also take into consideration that the wheels would no longer be hubcentrice and would cause vibrations.. Also, yo most likely will have to change out your studs to longer ones to accomodate since yo won't barely get enough turns on the lug nuts...

the supra tt rotors are 12.7". so if 13.5" is max for 17s, that means at most 12.5" rotors for the 16s?
imho it's way too risky
keep in mind, this has nothing to do with spacers anymore. we are talking about the overall circumference clearence
