It should be the same fit... Just make sure you have the correct center rings... YOu can buy them usually for $40-$60 per set of 4... the wheels should be bored to one of 3 bores: 73mm/66.5mm/66.1mm. You will need a ring that runs from one of those 3 sizes to a 60.1mm. I just did a G35 sedan with a set of GS wheels...

I know you have a 2gen 300, but just be careful if you decide to transfer to a 06+ GS430 as you might run into brake caliper clearance issues...
