Default Tire and spacer recommendations for 19x8.5 setup

My current set up is 19x8.5 +35mm offset all around, on 235/35/19 tires. Lately, since Ive had to go back to stock setup since my tires are all worn, Ive been debating more and more going staggered, either with two new 19x9.5 (of the same style) for the rears, or just getting new wheels. Unfortunately, Im realizing my budget wont allow that much spending for a while, so Im here for a few recommendations.

1) First, I need new tires, and am looking for something for a little more rubber. What would you guys recommend for better rubber than what I have on there now?

2) I debating running spacers to push the rears out a little more to at least give the illusion of staggered (or at a minimum, make the wheels not look so sunken into the wells). What size spacer would be ideal? I know it would have to be H&R spacers for quality and strength.

With whatever money I save from sticking to my current wheels, Im hoping I can maybe get them refinished or painted a new color.

Thanks...

hey mark

1) i think you can do 245/35/19, you should be just fine. the front is marginal but i think you can probably pull it off

2) you can probably put a 10mm spacer (if you can actaully find a good one at that size) and that should be good, you might need a bit fender shaving for it to clear

3) personally i suggest just sell these and get new staggered setup hey, it's a good resaon man

Thanks Henry....I think at this point, Im better off just saving up some more and getting a new setup, because by the looks of things, getting a spacer and fenders shaved, etc. seems like too much effort for marginal gains
