Default Finding where the tire rubs

I am getting some minor rubbing on the front of my 2IS when turning and braking at the same time (like pulling into a parking spot or driveway). I am running 235/35 19's on 8.5 +37 wheels. It does not appear to be too bad, but I would like to eliminate it all the same. I searched and could not find the right combination of words to find a thread on locating the rubbing area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

look at the front wheel well, at around 10 and 2 oclock position there are two tabs, those are probably what's rubbing. there are clips on them to clip the fender flap. takeout the clips, put the flap BEHIND the tabs, and bent the tabs all the way up. see if that helps

or if that doesn't help, spray some light color (grey) primer on the wheel well area (don't overspray) and then drive and let the car rub. come back and see which part of it is black, then you kno

Do they have these tabs in the 2IS? I have not seen the fender well of the 2IS but the 3GS looks different. This does not mean that the attachment mechanism is different. I'm just curious.

umm i am playing from memory but i think they have something similar. either case if the 2is doesn't have this, then definitely do the primer experiment to find out
