Will these disks clear supra TT brakes??

If they are "Lo Disk," probably not. You're taking about over the Supra Gen 4 FRONT caliper, right?
The Tire Rack sells the SSR GT3... I would ask them. Most of the experts on Club Lexus don't have the engineering drawings or dimensions for the wheels in question.
The Supra calipers are 37mm from the hub/wheel mounting surface to the outermost portion of the caliper (also called the "X-factor" or caliper overhang). You need at least 3mm extra space to provide proper caliper-to-wheel clearance, so the wheels need to have (at least) 40mm distance from the backpad to the back of the spoke.
An educated guess here: The GT3 is a very flat wheel. You probably need a "Hi Disk" to clear the front Supra caliper.
