Default Will these offsets fit on 98gs4

The fronts come in 19x8.5 +30 or +40. The rear is 19x9.5 with only one offset available at +25. For the fronts I'm guessing the +40 would be the best but I'm guessing the rear is too aggressive and won't fit without modification? If so, looks like I won't be able to go staggered with this wheel type.

That +25 in the rear is to aggressive........I have the same widths on my 19's and they sit perfectly flush with the fender. +33 for front....+36 for the rear. (1.2" drop)

and for the front, 30 might be too aggressive, 40 is fine but pretty consertive. i say between 32 to 35

The 19x9.5 +25 is only 3mm more aggressive than my old 20x10.5 +40.
If you stretched the tire a little and modified the fender you could get away with it.

My car currently has 20x10.5 +32 on the back (for test-fitting)... now THAT's flush with the fender!
(20x10.5 +32 sits the same on the fender as 19x9.5 +19... )

Not everyone, though, is willing to go the extra mile for the look, Bob.

Its too bad there aren't more people who are willling to go that extra mile to run aggressive fitment. Its well worth it imo.

Worth is personal. I have no problem with people running aggressive fitment. Power to them. It is not worth it for me. Since the car is a daily driver, I need all the rubber I can get for protection, ride comfort, and wear. This means no stretch and no exaggerated camber. I've already shaved part of the fender but I would have been fine with a less aggressive setup and no fender mod.

Any pics on the 20x10.5 +32 offset? What tire are you running?

Here's a pic... sorry, I had to crop it, as I do not want the car 'seen' until it's painted (no teasers... just finished product). Please forgive the mess and missing pieces. I have my rear camber set as 'positive' (straight-up) as possible and the rear fenders have been trimmed.

This set-up has 285/30-20 Falken FK-451s on it, which are stretched a little (the Falken FK-451 runs a little narrow anyway). The new set-up will use 295/25-20 tires on wider wheels.

The other guys are right, modifying fenders and stretching tires isn't for everyone. I do it because I like to push the envelope, and to me wheel/tire fitment absolutely makes/breaks the look of a car. If you were going for a VIP-look, you could use the more aggressive offsets with 225/35-19 front & 235/35-19 or 245/35-19 rear tires. To me, the 19x8.5 +40 option just looks lost in the GS front fenders. A 5mm spacer would help.

Damn. That's looks awesome! Now, that's what I am talking about. Do you have a shot directly from the back?
