Seen a couple of people here in va has those on there car. Looks nice to me.

The bolt pattern is correct.
The offsets will work, but you should do some research on that.
This Link shows that the offset and width of the rear is pretty aggressive. You'll probably be looking at rolling your fenders at a minimum.
I'd ask for better hi res pics of those rims. The two that show damage are concerning. The one that shows a chnk of rubber missing is really concerning. Thats a lot of coin to throw down for something that may need work. Also, his shipping is pretty incredible. To my house it was $398.

I have the same wheels on my car. In the rear, I'm running 20x10 +39 which is more aggressive than the wheels in the ebay auction. I did have to shave some of the fender in the rear. With a +44, you might be able to get away with some minor shaving.

Well the wheel looks like it has a small dent in it, but the tire sure it missing a pretty big chunk. I'd contact the guy and ask for better picutres of the damage.
