Default Tire and Wheel Packages

A few months ago, someone sent me a link to a site that was selling Tire and Wheel Packages for around $1300 to 1400 bucks. I have changed jobs and that link was on my other computer that is now gone.

If anyone has any suggestions for sites other than Tire Rack and/or Discount Tire, please send them my way. I am married with 3 kids, so spending 4-5K for wheels isn't an option.

Thanks in advance for any help.
