Default WIDE wheels... will these clear?

Ok someone found a set of wheels for me in Japan that I really really like. The thing is they are very wide (which is what I was looking for) I have full intention of rolling the fenders but i'm worried about the front wheel hitting the control arm or whatever. The car is a 1999 LS400. The wheels are called ABC Exclusive. Here are the specs of the wheels:

10JX19+18 235/35
11JX19+6 245/35

What do you think?? Thanks!

I think you'll have some fun trying to get those on.

keep in mind, offsets are meaningless without widths

I did some more research and came up with this:

I used the Wheel Offset Calculator and it said:

Front: The clearance from stut housing to the inside of the wheel will be 16mm LESS
The outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 60mm (2.3 inches)

Rear: The clearance from stut housing to the inside of the wheel will be 17mm LESS
The outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 85mm (3.3 inches)

The stock specs of my LS400 wheel, 16x7 40mm
I measured outside 2.3 inches from the wheel and it stuck 1 inch out of the fender and in the rear 3.3 inches stuck 1.5 inches from the fender. A 1-2 inch roll is realistic is it not? I'm concerned about the clearence on the inside.

At this point i'm in the dark and was hoping you guys could point me in the right direction.

I know, it was meant to be understated.

Rolling will give you about an inch more clearance, but that's not clearance beyond the fender...that's only if you wanted clearance to get your wheels flush with the fender. If you wanted more clearance beyond the fender, you'll need to have it pulled or flared out.

Maybe talk to cutecboy about where he got this flares They look really nice.

You may be able to pull these off with some big pulling and a whole lot of negative camber.

To answer your question about the front rubbing the control arms...it wont.

I have 19x10 in the front with offsets more aggressive than the ones you posted and it cleared everything just fine. I can turn the wheels from lock to lock on both sides without hitting the control arms.

NOW, fitting them on your car is a whole different story. My wheels stuck out a good 3" in the front. Body work is a necessity.

Good luck.
