Default Wheel Advice

I have a Silver 2001 GS300 with factory rims (Toyo 215/60 R16). I want to upgrade to a bigger and better rim. However, I do not want to change how the car handles. How big can I go without having to lose a smooth ride? Any suggestions on what rims would look good on a silver gs300?

Thanks,

GOMAB

bottom line is even going to 17s you will get degrade in ride already, that's the price you pay. so it's very hard to say how "far" YOU can go before losing that comfort, you are the only one who can tell.

me personally even with 20s and lowered i think my car still ride very comfortable, much better than a lot of cars out there.

maybe 18s would be a good compromise for you

If you want ride quality, I would put 19's with fat setup tires but 20's definitely good awsome.

Agreed, 20's can be very liveable and 19s with fat setup are just a tad better.
