the 20 x 9 20 x 10 sounds perfect for your car. 22s are just too big for the GS. Which wheels are you getting in 20s?

I have yet to decide I really want the forged metal wheels F-M5 http://www.fmetalwheels.com/main.html
but I can get a really good deal on some TIS 07 wheels but the TIS wheels dont come staggered but do have a 4' lip............and the F-metal do come staggered and have a 6' lip but also cost a bit more.

I wouldnt trust that info if I were you, the only way to get a 22" wheel with a 6" lip lip on a 2nd Gen GS is to curve the face back to the gas tank or mount the wheel 12" past the side of the car LOL

The 2nd Gen is a short car, shoter than a new Accord Sedan, so I vote 20" staggered

Why 22's? Just go with some nice 24's! Really though, stay with 20's and you want VIP and you are going with TIS wheels?

Your Sig Say "VIP makeover", I think you're mistaking VIP for DUB.
