Cool SC's SUCK in the snow w/o the proper footwork

It couldn't even get out of my driveway which just had little patches of snow, and little smalll patches of ice. And the thing is the one wheel was always on grippable surface, LSD, fill gastank for weight, add weight in trunk, snow tires; and I think it might do decently.

your problem isnt that sc's suck in snow, its that rwd manual transmission cars suck in snow
my automatic sc400 did just fine, in fact i drove thru an ice storm with it, very slowly of course... plus, the 5-speed cars dont have traction control

What type of tires were you using?

My sc using snow tires is fine in the snow. It does have trouble in DEEP snow but for regular city driving its fine.

Numerous threads on this subject. The conclusion is that the SC NEEDS snow tires for the winter and thats for moderate snow....

Without snow tires you can't expect too much

Snow tires make all the difference.
Try Dunlops M2 Winter Sport.
