I have noticed lately a lot of people putting gold centered wheels on their cars. At first I didnt really like it but now it is growing on me. I realize that it probably wouldnt look good on a big body style like the GS, unless the car was white or maybe black, but on a sportier car I think they look great. Here are a few examples:

If I had a 3 series or something similar then I would definately be doing this, even though it seems to be a trend now. I just really like the look.

Gold centre with polished lips looks good on white sporty cars & they don't look too bad on the non-white cars you posted .

I thought so too but it looks like gold is making a come back. It was very popular back in the late 70's and early 80's. I especially remember the pontiac trans am as being stunning in black with gold wheels and the infamous "gold screaming chicken" on the hood. As for today, I just don't care much for the gold. I prefer the look of silver or polished aluminum - it's been around forever and it will never go out of style.

Cant go wrong with the BBS seize The gold on black looks good there but I have seen some that dont look as good. I think white is the best look with gold wheels, but I really like the blue as well. Hopefully this style wont be too played out when the new M3 comes out

Anyone else jealous of how low these damn BMWs can go? I mean this car is streetable and he is tucking front and rear. I wish the GS had a stance like that and still be driveable
