Default Worried about steering wheel vibrations with new 20s

Okay, well many of you may have seen my post last week about the 20s that I put on my car that looked awful. I finally had them switched out today and although I LOVE the look of my new wheels, I feel like there is alot more noticeable vibration in the steering wheel when driving my car. I know I lose ride quality with 20s, but I don't remember my car vibrating near as much with the other 20s that I had on last week. Is there anything that could be causing this between the two sets of 20s? Could it be the way they were mounted? Same tires (pirelli 245/35 ZR20) too.

Make sure you take it to a good shop to get them balanced. I had that problem and the shop informed me that alot of shops dont have the right machine to balance big rims ie: 20 and more.

they probably did not provide hub rings on your wheels

How would I know to check for that? I feel like if I go in there and say "hey, I don't think you put the hub rings on my wheels", or "maybe you put too much lubricant on and my tires are slipping" they are going to write me off.

Default Ps

I read Swerve's post about vibration at 60mph and that sounds like what my car is doing. I don't notice the vibration until I hit about 55 + mph, but when it vibrates, it VIBRATES. I'm not just talking steering wheel, I'm talking the SEAT and rear view mirror too! All from changing to different wheels. Maybe they didn't provide the hub rings though, because I thought I remember them saying that they were waiting for the manufacture to bring them over to the shop and that's why I was waiting so long for my car. Maybe they got sick of waiting.
