Question What PSI should I run?

In my previous post I received good advice from the forum gurus about tire size selection. Thank you.

Now I again seek wisdom from those same tire sages…
I purchased 225/45r18 and 255/40r18 for my SC300. What PSI should I run? Do the PSI requirements change with low profile tires?

Once again, TIA
