tires for 17" l-tuned

is it ok if i run 245/40/17 all around with an l-tuned drop? thanks

The 245/40 is one inch smaller 24.7 vs original of 25.7. Your speedo will be off
Why not run 245/45 instead?

the 17" L-tuned calls for 235/45/17.

234/45/17 are fine but you can also run 245/45/17 as well. In fact the 245/45 is the same size as the oem 225/55/16 which is 25.7
