high disk is designed to fit over big brake upgrades.... u cant really tell just by looking u need to DL the template from stoptech? i believe, thats a good starting point.
usually high disk wheels the spoke tends to "bubble" ( shape so u can get a big caliper behind it.
low disk is just normal wheels that fit over stock brakes.
