I've used them on my GS previously to gain a tiny bit of extra clearance for Supra TT big brakes. Think mine were either 3mm or 5mm.
No issues whatsoever athough I did have a bit of wheel vibration / balancing issue at highway speed with those wheels I guess that they could have contributed to. I think they had them at Napa (Lexus dealer obtained them).
