finally found rims within my budget but i have a couple of questions... hopefully you guys can point me to the right direction.

well, like the title says... the rims are 18x9 all around. will they fit?
offset is 45 at 25 pounds per wheel.
i car is currently stock height but im debating whether to go with Eibach (1 in. drop)
or Espiler (i think they are 2 or 2.5?). and the dealer suggested tire size 245/40/18 front and 265/35/18 rear, but i wanted to go a little bigger. what do you guys think?
