Default A tire question

It is time to replace my OEM GS300 tires which are 215/60/16 and I found an inexpensive replacement set 225/55/16 (I believe it is for GS400)

My question is - will this change in size have any effect on the quality of ride, performance, fuel economy, etc ?

Thanks a lot.
