Default 245/35/20 on a 9.5" wide rim

Hey all,

Will a 245/35/20 fit on a 9.5" wide 20" rim?

Also, I have a screw in my 275/30/20 tire, and I was told that I cannot get it patched because of the tire. It is right in the middle of the tread. Let me know,

Thanks,

-Jason

The tire will fit but it will be stretched. It is at may tire manufacturer's max. Usually, the range is 8.0 - 9.5.

As for the repair, that is true. I have a similar situation. Optimally, you want to replace it but if it is not leaking, it should be OK for awhile. Whatever you do, do not remove the screw otherwise, it is replacement time.

yeah some performance tires that's bad and you might need new tires. some you can patch them though.

and 245 is pretty stretched on 9.5 i suppose. it's doable
