I purchased a set of 18 inch chrome wheels with universal 5 lug pattern. I went to put them on today and the man said that i need to get the wheel ring or sumthin? he said it is a plasitc ring that goes on the wheel to make it fit. I am not too sure where I can get this. If someone could help me out it would be great. Thanks

If you have discount tires in your area, they should be able to help you. Bring one of the wheel with you. FYI, they are called hub centric rings.

Yes they're called hubcentric rings and mounting "universal" wheels without them will cause massive amounts of vibrations. Look on ebay for "lexus hubcentric rings", you will need one per wheel.
