Default Front Wheel Drive (02 Solara) Coilover tuning

This is obviously the wrong place to ask... but there may be a few ES guys out there that can help me. The Solara forums are no help... I'm one of the people they ask questions too... so I've out grown that forum. I can't learn there anymore except on how to change to "Altezza lights", adding "ground lighting kits", and various other "useless" (IMO) mods.

I plan on pulling out the rear deck and tuning the rear dampening settings. Currently, I'm not sure what they are on. The shop installed them w/o adjusting. The fronts were defaulted at about 10 clicks from zero... so I'm assuming the same for the rear.

The suspension components I have are:

Tein Super Street coilover
TRD Rear Sway Bar (I think it's 18 MM) on Track setting
225/40R18 Pirelli PZero on 18x8 Volk GT-U

Any suggestions, oh wise ones?

Thanks in advance

0 = stiff
16 = soft

What are the factory settings printed on your instructions? With a good set of coilovers, it's uncessary to have your sway bar set to Track setting since you already have a stiffer spring rate. The whole point of 4 wheel independent suspension is to give free movement of your shocks/springs. You should set the dampening accordingly to the type of handling feel you want. You should have your coilovers corner balanced and adjusted by a qualified shop. West End Alignment in Gardena is a place that many people go to for suspension tuning/corner balancing.

Yeah settings should be in that direction. If you had EDFC, 0 = Stiff.
