Default HP Evo Eclipse "Lightening"

What's good folks. Just wondering what's everyone take on those HP evo wheels. I was considering buying these being that they're so cheap (F:18x8 R:18x9 ~$650). I guess I want to know how good are these wheels? Are they worth the purchase? I really had an approx. budget of around $1300 on some 18's or 19's but a couple of people told me those wheels weren't bad so it kind of swayed me being that they're so cheap. So just a little advice as to what I should do as far as purchasing the Evo's or stick with the $1300 budget to which then some suggestions would be appreciated as to what i could get around my targeted budget. Thanks in advance.

Way too many people are putting HP brand wheels on their Lexus. Doesn't make too much sense if you ask me.
