Default Wheel fitment question - SC430

Hey guys...just a question...I've always liked the SC430 rims and have been wondering if I should pick them up for my ES300 (1997). Now next year I might be getting either a GS400 or an LS400...wondering if the rims will fit on either one...I'd hate to waste the rims when I get the next car...

Does anybody have them on either the GS or the LS? I couldn't dig up anything in the gallery?

There was a guy named Frankwhite that had the pie plates on a lowered 97 ES, looked pretty darn good too.

Yeah...I've seen them on two white ES300's now. Infact Tiguy just bought some for his car as well. I'm more concered about the fitment on the GS and LS cars....I managed to find one member who has them on a GS but no details at all so not quite sure. Also somebody was saying you can't have them on a 95+ LS due to caliper hitting issues...can anybody confirm this?

What car are you putting these on? ES? GS? LS?

The later LS do have larger brakes and these rims will not clear them.

I thought I saw a LS400 with the pie plates posted on CL before & some people commented on how it suit the LS better than the SC430 . . .

THIS THREAD answers the question
"The SC430 wheels will fit all LS's from the years 90-94. LS's from 95-00 will have fitment problems up front. You may add spacers & it will work, but the wheels will stick out too far."
