Abnormal wear S03's
I have a set of 19" gettins with Potenza S03's, the front driver side tire is wearing on the inside pretty badly and is making loud road noise? I had my car aligned twice already and no help?
I also get a bad shake when going 80-100KM/hr.
anyone know what could be the problem?

well your car is lowered? seems like the front camber is off, that will cause inside wear. and once it starts wearing to certain point it will get very loud. that's normal
about the shaking, seems like you have the common problem at around 60mph. after that speed it's ok again right? try to get your steering column tightened. also make sure the wheels are all balanced

Only the driver side tire is making the loud road noise, and the inside of the tire is bald?
my 60MPH shake was never there, I feel the actual tire shake.
will a camber kit help?

I had problems with my S-03's as well - related to problems with alignment. I have a thread where I posted pictures of the inside tread "cupping". Not visible when the tire is mounted but very visible when the tire is off the rim. Massive road noise!

only the driver side, so is the driver side spec a lot worse than the pessenger, if so, why?
and you said you got a shake, how do you feel it, it must be on the car/ steering wheel right?
and there is no camber kits for our cars, yet

How many miles did you get out of the tires? I had some really bad wear on my last tires in the front and just had them replaced. For some reason whenever have an alignment I cant get the fronts in spec, but the rears are fine. I am going to be doing an alignment more frequently, probably once every 2 months or maybe sooner. I would definately replace the tire and try to have the shop figure out what is wrong. I wouldnt want to have to continue to replace tires.

Are you sure there are no camber kits for our cars?
I found this:

And the shake comes through the steering wheel and you can kinda feel it wobbling on the outside... not sure how to explain it. Maybe my bushings are gone?

yeah the daizen stuff aren't out yet. they are the only company working on it
yes when people talk about vibration it's through the steering wheel most of the time. if you get it when braking, then it's warped rotors. if you get it at certain speed without braking, then it's either unbalanced tires, loose steering column, or worn bushings like you mentioned
