Looking to get Volk SF-WINNING

What would be the offset for a 99 SC300?
Also - silver or gold finish?

Volks have 3 types of offsets, Type A, B, C. Most people go with a Type A offset in the front to clear any BBK and Type B or C offset in the rears for more lip action.
Type A= High Disk Setup
Type B= Medium Disk Setup
Type C=Low Disk Setup
I suggest Front =18"x8" +34 offset, Rear =18"x10" +48 offset.
This chart will give you more info on the Volk SF-Winning's sizes and offsets.

I believe as I understand it, Disc is totally different from offset.
The lower the disk, the less chance of it clearing big brakes. The disk would be the thickness of the part that bolts onto the hub to the spokes. The offset would determine how far that part that bolts on the hub is from the center of the wheel. I hope that makes sense. If you are going for maximum deep dish effect and don't care for big brakes, you could do the following:
get a low disk for both front and rear. The lower the disk, the more the dish I believe... (someone correct me if I'm wrong)-but if you want big brakes... reconsider it.
...and it really depends for offset how aggressive you want to go.
I have +37 for my front 18x9 and +37 for my 18x10 and they are flush. So with a 18x8 up front, I'd say you could go for about a +30 in front or if you want to be safe and not roll the fender, you can go +34. For the rears, +40-ish should be pretty damn good.
But if you want to get mildly aggressive, you could do +25 in the front and +30 in the rear and minorly negative camber it a degree or so. There are a few on here doing like +22 to +25 offsets in front and rear.
Hope that helps.
