Hey,
What bad things have you heard about those tires? What model toyos do you like? I'm from clemmons (outside winston salem), but i went to NC state so then i was in raleigh. Now i got a job at Altec Industries in creedmoor, but im training in birmingham alabama for a year. Then i'll move back to raleigh. I'm sure you wanted to know all of that...haha. where you from?

If it's a question specifically between the Falkens or the Kumho's......I'd go Falken 512's hands down! It's an excellent high performance all season tire with fantastic wet weather (especially heavy rain). You will find them at a much lower price than Toyo's (although they are a good choice......but value wise, the Falken trumps the Toyo!). Depending on the size you choose, you can get the Falken with a 60,000 mile warranty. Good Luck.
BTW, the Falken 512's came in first overall in a consumer reports test of 20 high performance all season tires last year. The closest Toyo (the TPT which I actually have on my ES currently) did not make it in the top 10 & Kumho as I recall, was not even on the list at all.

thanks for the info!
If i recall correctly, tire sizes will be 235/35/19 in the front and 265/30/19 in the rear for a 1995 lexus sc300. I guess i want something middle of the road. I want a All season tire, and since i am getting a staggered setup. I will not be able to rotate, so tread like is a pretty big factor. On the other hand, i of course want the tires to grip the road well. Hearing that the Falken handles well in the wet is also a good selling point. So for what i want, the Falkens are my best bet?? thanks in advance
