AME are quality JDM wheels, very rare though. We went to your BBQ last year, you saw those wheels in person.

Not sure which ones you're looking at, but check this thread from ebruce2...he's got AME Schrifts and IMO they are very tight looking wheels.

If you need more info on the construction or quality, I'd check with GS4Will.

ahhhhh...AME...love the ame line. they came strong back in 98.

it stands for auto mobile engineering
TLW, you know it is because of this wheel that made me get mine....they had a wheel called
"excellent" that looks exaclty like mine....of course I couldn't afford the AME back then, so, I got the MHT 3 piece wich looks identical.

anyhow, there wheel collection was awesome.......I wonder why they are not around anymore

this was one of my favorite wheels...other than the excellent

these wheels are awesome 3 piece wheels. They are made by Enkei.

I bought some AME Shallen's that were on here for sale. 19x9 and 19x10. Offsets are +43 and +42 but the lip is still 3" and 4" !

I'm just waiting for the falken azenis st115 to show up. 225/35/19 and 245/35/19.
I'm gonna add some spacers too.

thanks guys. It was definitely a steal.
They have been sitting in their boxes awaiting tires to arrive. Too bad good old UPS lost the 245/35/19's ... I'm gonna try to get that sorted out tommorrow.

I'll post some pics when they are on but its not a Lexus. I wanted an LS400 but instead ended up with a mint 92 Mazda 929. RWD, 200HP, etc

I really should change my name I sold my turbo integra 3 years ago haha
