TT..usually JDM co do not stock wheels, as there are simply too many choices..on certain less pricey wheels, like 15-17"s, and popular rims, mainly for racing, they do stock those, but not the higher end ones, esp for VIP cars

also, some of the wheels are CUSTOMIZED wheels, and Japan won't make it till the customer orders it since everyone has his/her preferrence
