Tell him to take pictures of the rims with his ebay name on a piece of paper at the same time (same picture). This is to prove that he actually has the wheels.

I don't believe in those 1 picutre auctions that involves money over $100. There are a lot of fraudulent sellers so watch out!

Also, someone pretend that you live in the same area as him and ask to pick them up locally.. if he says "no", then hes probably a scammer.!

edit: also, he states several times that his eBay e-mail is not working. watch out.. this is usually a sign of hijacked eBay names. My friend got his eBay account hacked into and they started selling computers and whatnot before he noticed, they also said "do not use the ebay e-mail, not working."

even though , to me, the guy look suspicious, he may be 100% legit, i don't know, but i'm just letting you guys no. but if i were sending a quarter of 10,000 dollars to this guy.. i wouldnt be able to sleep until i got my wheels.. ya know?
