Default Wheel fit question?

Happy New Year Everyone!!!

My question is: I'm thinking about purchasing some '20 inch Giovanni "Capri's" from a friend; the wheels are coming off a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix - "will these fit my 1998 GS300" ?

Thanks,
Wiggy

Lots of variables like offset, tire size, bolt pattern, center bore, etc.

Best bet to test fit at a wheel shop (maybe take a test drive if possible)

Default RE: wheel fitment

Isn't a Grand Prix front wheel drive? If so I would say the offsett will be way off. And the lug pattern on a GS if 5x114.3 i believe. Not sure what the Pontiac is.

wiggy1,

I'm sorry that you did not get a timely response to your question but you are right that this question belongs in the wheels forum and I have to move this thread there.

Like the others said, if you can provide the specs of the rims in question, you will get an answer to your questions.

Good luck.

my feeling is that the offset will be high, but without definite numbers especially the lug patterns, i can't say for sure
