The pic posted is of the silver.. (bright satin) I think.. if i'm not mistaken
and this is a nissan 240 with black http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/320418/1
the size i'll go with is most likely 18X8.5 18X10

my car is black. sorry for not mentioning it.
The look I'm going for...... honestly I'm not going for a specific "look". just something that will not overpower the car and I think both those wheel finishes fit that requirement. They are not flashy. So I guess something sporty yet luxirious and somewhat of a head turner but not only for the wheels. I want the whole package to look good and match.
Don't want it too agressive because it's a SC4 not a turboed SC3. I know the black will make it look agressive but it will definately make sure they do a "double take" and it will look sharp with that machined lip.
I really like both finishes but I'm not sure which one is the best fit. My original plan was to get the black as some of you probably noticed from my other post in here but a friend of mine made me realize how nice the satin is so now I'm leaning towards the satin.

well it really does depend on the look you are going for... remember everything has to compliment the overall theme.
From my limited knowledge of the SC400 I would go with the Satin silver on your black GS. reason why: The profile show of the SC is low and sort of creeeping stance. There isn't much other color to offset the wheels if they were black. Lets say like if you had a GS with chrome trimmings then the machined lip on black wheel would really flow with the car. But since the SC doesn't and it sits low you would want to attract the attention to go from bottom up to mimic the SC's natural stance.
I hope I make sense.... I personally would like to see you in Black w/ Machined lip.... you can be part of the black on black club! ....Black on Satin Silver will look classy elegant and mean..... black on black w/ machined lip would look sporty yet subtle aggression.
either way, I dont think you can go wrong... go BLACK!!!

if your going for a clean simple look than silver is it on black. but man i love the way brushed alluminum looks on blk. you should gives thoes a look before makeing a decision. also i love blk on blk with polished lip. its just a deep mean look thats racey yet very elegant depending on what kit you have or will have..

black wheel photoshop
I might go with a JIC in the future maybe but I'm afraid about the wheels looking small for it (18")... here's the photoshop of black wheels.. I think this is a "super black" finish though... imagine the blak color on the rims alittle duller.

this picture is of the wheel from speed star website.

I think picture #2 with the brown car has wheeels with a super black finish. I'm not sure.
Now I'm second guessing the size also because I think the style of the wheel will make 18 look small.
